SHIPPING POLICY
All of our products are shipped ground using Canada Post. Shipping charges will vary depending on size and weight of the package and your location. We offer FREE shipping on orders over $149. If the product you want is not is stock the eta is indicated on the product image.
Please note we do not do partial shipments. If one of the items you ordered is a preorder item your order will not ship until all the items are together.
Please note we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Nor responsible for packages delivered incorrectly or lost due to incorrect shipping information provided by a customer. If a parcel is returned back to us because of an incorrect address or missing information such as a unit number the customer will be responsible to cover all the shipping costs which include the shipping charges back from your city to us and then the shipping charges back to you.
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY TIMES
All hair colour in stock ships between 1-3 days. Orders placed on Fridays after 12pm Eastern Time or over the weekend will be shipped on the following Monday. Out of stock orders typically ship within 10-14 days. Please note once shipped, delivery to BC can take anywhere from 7-14 days. RETURN POLICY
Unopened and unused boxes of hair colour may be returned within 90 days. Unfortunately we cannot accept returns on our bottled products such as shampoo, conditioner, after colour treatments etc. Please contact us at email@naturcolor.ca for returns. Shipping costs for returns will not be refunded.
